CHUPOL AFK-2

Description

CHUPOL AFK-2 has an extremely defoaming ability to control air content in AE concrete or to produce Non-AE concrete. CHUPOL AFK-2 can be used with together all kind of water reducing admixtures and high-range water reducing admixtures, including polycarboxylate type superplasticizers

  • High-strength or Ultra high-strength concrete

Advantages

  • Reduces problems entrapped air and entrained air caused by some superplasticizers
  • Reduces problems with air, surface foaming and defects caused by bubbles
  • May increase compressive strength

Dosage

There is no standard addition rate for CHUPOL AFK-2. The amount to be used will vary with local materials
and intended concrete performance requirements, usually in the range of 0.0003% to 0.005% of weight of
cementitious materials or 0.01% to 0.50% by weight of water reducing admixture.

CHUPOL AFS-1

Description

CHUPOL AFS-1 has the excellent defoaming performance to control air content in AE concrete or to produce Non-AE concrete. CHUPOL AFS-1 is improved in terms of solubility in PCE type admixtures

  • Precast / Prestressed concrete
  • Non-AE concrete

  • Increases compressive strength
  • Dissolves in PCE type admixtures

Packaging

CHUPOL AFS-1 is supplied in 190 kg drums and 1000 kg IBCs

Dosage

There is no standard addition rate for CHUPOL AFS-1. The amount to be used will vary with local materials and intended concrete performance requirements, usually in the range of 0.002% to 0.02% of the weight of cementitious materials or 0.05% to 2% by weight of PCE type admixtures.

CHUPOL AFM-8

Description

CHUPOL AFM-8 has an extremely defoaming ability to control air content in AE concrete or to produce Non-AE concrete. CHUPOL AFM-8 is improved in terms of homogeneousness in PCE-type admixtures.

  • Precast / Prestressed concrete
  • Non-AE concrete

  • Homogeneous in water reducing admixtures

Packaging

CHUPOL AFM-8 is supplied in 180 kg drums and 900 kg IBCs.
